Dear Friends,

It's been a while since I last sent a newsletter. April was filled with ceremonies, and in mid-May I traveled to Wisconsin for a 7-day dark retreat.

The experience was profound and surprisingly difficult to describe. One of the most remarkable aspects of extended darkness is that the mind gradually stops thinking in words. What remains is a spacious, quiet awareness that feels deeply restorative and alive. For me, it was one of the most powerful meditation experiences I've ever had.

Since returning home, I've been immersed in creating a new online hypnotherapy course, which I'm excited to share with you soon.

Before then, I'll be heading to Ashland and Mount Shasta for two wonderful festivals and musical gatherings. I'm especially looking forward to collaborating with my incredible bandmates: Ruti Celli, Robin Kinnamon, Eric Olson, and Rick Auerbach. I hope you'll join us at the Cosmic Love Kirtan Yoga Jam and the Frequency Festival Mount Shasta.

In July, I'll return to Oregon to facilitate Ayahuasca and Psilocybin ceremonies in Corvallis. And yes—I'm already looking forward to swimming in beautiful Lake Siskiyou again.

Sunday, June 14 - Jackson Wellsprings, Ashland, OR

Join us for a full day of kirtan, yoga, meditation, breathwork, music, movement, and community in the beautiful setting of Jackson Wellsprings. This gathering has the spirit of a mini Bhakti Fest, bringing together singers, musicians, yogis, and spiritual seekers for a joyful day of connection and devotion. Featured artists and facilitators include Sharanam Anandama, Shasta Homel, Eostar Kamala, Eric Olson, Rachel Radhe, Kristen Sofia Valentina, Matthew Hara, Heather Hutton, Shanti Shivani, Jesse Whitworth, David Romero, and Manpreet Kaur. Friday, July 17  - Corvallis, OR

Sacred Ayahuasca Ceremony

Arrival: 5:00 - 6:00 pm

Eostar is offering a one-day Ayahuasca retreat near Corvallis, at the “Sanctuary of Healing Arts”.  Surrounded by beautiful forests and open fields, this retreat location is truly magnificent.  Eostar will be providing a deep and powerful container for their participants to surrender to the healing power of this medicine. Join us for an approximately 6-hr ceremony on Friday evening, into the night,  followed by a double integration session on Saturday : first a group breathwork and sound journey and then an integration circle.  The group Breathwork session is designed to deepen the experience and teach a tool that participants can take home to continue the integration process.  Eostar supports the sacred plant medicine ceremonial work with her original Heart Songs/ Medicine songs, Shipibo healing chants, South American medicine songs (including Eostar’s Peruvian mentor, Alonso Del Rio’s songs), mantra music, sound healing, energy clearing and a strong healing container powered by the group’s collective prayers and intentions.  There will be an opportunity for sing-along, as well as to share songs in the latter portion of the evening.  This is a wonderful opportunity to drop in deeper into one’s own spiritual evolutionary potential, experience the super-power of a ceremonial container and to form bonds with a community of people doing this work together in a clear, conscious and peaceful healing container.

Our musical assistant will be Eli Cherry again, and we will have Amir on board to help us as well!  This means, Dynamic Meditation in the morning!

The ceremony starts 6:30 pm and latest arrival time is 6 pm.  Everyone must stay on the property overnight and may choose to sleep in the community room or in private rooms that are available for an extra cost. 

Expect to stay busy till around 3 pm the following day.

We have a partial work trade opportunity for one person who may be lacking funds. Feel free to inquire.

Saturday, July 18 - Corvallis, OR

Psilocybin Mushroom Ceremony

Arrival: 5:00 - 6:00 pm

Eostar will be offering a Psilocybin retreat near Corvallis, at the “Sanctuary of Healing Arts”, following the Ayahuasca ceremony the previous day.  Surrounded by beautiful forests and open fields, this retreat location is truly magnificent.  Eostar will be providing a deep and powerful container for their participants to surrender to the healing power of this medicine.

Join Eostar for a night of magic, singing songs of love, bliss and healing activated and inspired by our sacred Psilocybin mushroom allies….  

Our musical assistant will be Eli Cherry again, and we will have Amir on board to help us as well!  

All participants are required to arrive between 5:00 - 5:30 pm and must stay till the official closing of the ceremony at 2 am-ish.  At that point participants can choose to stay or leave.  

Cacao will also be served as a wonderful compliment to the sacred mushroom medicine. 

This event will be an intentional ceremony to deeply introspect, journey and enjoy listening and singing along to sacred songs in the healing space.  There will also be a sound healing instrumental section for deep-dive journeying.

Those staying can share breakfast ( potluck ), a breathwork session and an integration circle in the morning and early afternoon.

October 1-30 - Appleton, Wisconsin 

Dark Room Retreat 

We are offering flexible length darkroom retreats through the month of October at the Indiglow Retreat Center in Wisconsin, together with my friend and collaborator Dale Niggemann.  Participants can choose the length and timing of their retreat - but first come first serve - we have space for 5 people at any given time.

Our dark room retreat is committed to create sacred spaces for deep inner transformation through darkness, guided meditations, sound journeys, breathwork and integrative healing practices. Rooted in direct experience, we honor the intelligence of silence, the power of the subconscious, and the wisdom that emerges when external distractions fall away. Our mission is to guide individuals into profound self-connection, emotional clarity, and spiritual alignment, supporting lasting change that extends into everyday life. Through carefully held containers, we invite participants to awaken inner guidance, open up the inner eye and spark the body’s innate capacity to heal.  We bring years of experience in hypnotherapy, trauma-informed healing work and retreat facilitation to ensure safety, depth, and transformation.
